 Our terms and conditions 

All our units come with a 12 month warranty, and are fully tested prior to dispatch.  However should you feel the need to return a suspected faulty unit please send to the address above with symptoms of fault encountered.

We reserve the right to have an approved independant 3rd party test carried out upon the unit for an independant opinion about the unit.

Should the unit be deemed faulty, we reserve the right to replace the unit or offer a refund in full if a replacement be unavailable.

We cannot be held responsible for any third pary involvement costs such as coding issues or such like. This also applies to storage and reprogramming costs occurred by any customer or any other external costs occurred..

 

 All returned units should be sent recorded delivery as we cannot be held personally responsible for units lost in the post.
